Bailey Dirmann Morse
Associate
Bailey Dirmann Morse joined Jones Fussell in 2008. Bailey enjoys a diverse practice, ranging in areas from family law to medical malpractice and general corporate and casualty defense.
In addition to appearing before the local courts, Bailey has litigated cases before the Louisiana First Circuit Court of Appeal where she has had the opportunity to brief cases and participate in oral arguments before various panels of judges.
Bailey earned her J.D. from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law in 2008 where she served as a member of the Law Review Board as the Practicum Editor.
Her other achievements include:
- Having her Law Review Comment published in the Spring 2008 edition of the Loyola Law Review.
- Receiving the Samuel R. Exnicios Moot Court Award for placing fourth overall in the 2006 Loyola Moot Court Competition.
- Being named to the Loyola Moot Court Evidence Team and participating and placing in the Top 16 at the Jerome Prince Memorial Evidence Competition at Brooklyn Law School.
- Graduating magna cum laude from Loyola University College of Law and receiving the William L. Crowe, Sr., Scholar designation.
- Bailey is a member of the Louisiana and Covington Bar Associations as well as the Junior League of Covington.
